SUSAN “SUZIE” WELCH was born June 17, 1946, in Oakland, Nebraska, to Edward and Wanda (Smith) Welch.  She passed away October 6, 2010, peacefully and surrounded by family at the Milder Manor in Lincoln, Nebraska, at the age of 64 years.

 Suzie was lifelong member of the Tekamah community and was actively involved in United Methodist Church, Red Hat Society and many other social groups throughout the years.   

 She was preceded in death by her parents. 

 Survivors include her sister and brother-in-law, Ann and Michael Whitesell of Lincoln, Nebraska; her nieces and family, Alea Modlin and Paul and Jessi Landrum of Aurora, Colorado, and Michaela Whitesell of Lincoln and a host of loyal friends. 

MEMORIAL SERVICE: Saturday, October 9, 2010, 11:00 a.m. at the United Methodist Church in Tekamah.
