Store, where she became head of the bridal department. They moved to Lincoln, Nebraska, and became a “home away from home” for several college students. She worked for Miller & Paine Dept. Store and stayed active in her RQ Club and Eastern Star.

She and Rick moved to California in 1970 and had the opportunity to travel all over the world, but always spent Christmas with her family. She moved back to Nebraska after her husband died in 1991 and for the past eight years has resided at Shalimar Gardens and for a brief time at Nye Legacy in Fremont.
