BETTY RAE ROUSE was born October 19, 1951, in West Point, Nebraska, to Elmer and Martha (Boldt) Gerch. She passed away Wednesday, December 29, 2010, at Oakland Mercy Hospital in Oakland, Nebraska, at the age of 59 years.

Betty graduated from Oakland-Craig High School in 1970. She married Lloyd Rouse. To this union two children were born, Dennis Lloyd and Sylvan Elmer.

Betty had been employed at Wilkinson’s Industries of Fort Calhoun, Nebraska, and for many years at Rog & Sue’s Retreat in Craig.

Betty enjoyed many years of bowling, playing softball and camping. She was an avid fan of Harley Davidsons and going to garage sales. She had a passion for cooking and trying new recipes. Betty especially liked playing cards with family and friends.
