BEULAH C. KNOX-PIERSON, 92 years, of Coleridge, Nebraska, formerly of Tekamah, passed away Wednesday, February 18, 2009, at the Park View Haven Nursing Home in Coleridge.

Beulah was born May 3, 1916, at home in Hartington, Nebraska, to Howard and Matilda (Schmidt) Feelhaver. She grew up in Hartington and Tekamah, where she graduated from Tekamah High School, and went on to college for one year at Cottey College in Missouri.

Beulah was the business manager for Knox Construction, the family business, most of her life. Due to the business they moved all over the state settling in Lincoln and many years in Grand Island.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husbands: Beryl Knox, Carl Humphrey and Bernard Pierson, sons: Howard and James Knox, sister Fern Robinson, and brother Ralph Feelhaver.

Survivors include her son: Ken and his wife Marilyn Knox of Omaha, NE; sister: Rachel Epperson of Lincoln, NE, daughter-in-law: Del Kraft of Dolores, CO, 5 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.

FUNERAL SERVICE: Friday, February 20, 2009, 10:00 a.m. at Pelan Funeral Home in Tekamah.

BURIAL: Tekamah Cemetery
