DOLORES JEAN (OBERST) NIELSEN, 78 years, of Omaha, Nebraska, passed away quietly in her sleep on Saturday, August 13, 2011. She was born April 6, 1933, in Tekamah, Nebraska, to Raleigh & Wilma (Eckley) Oberst.

She was preceded in death by her daughter, Melodi Jo.

Survivors include her sisters, Barb Nelson and Phyllis Olson of Tekamah; Fred Nielsen; daughters, Valeri Wagner, Candyce Lang Brame, and Tammi Nielsen; son, Jeffrey Nielsen.

MEMORIAL SERVICE: Tuesday, August 23, 2011, 11:00 a.m. at the Florence Christian Church, 7300 N. Ridge Drive, Omaha, NE 68112.
