Mary B. Nelson, 97, of Chattanooga, TN, passed away Thursday, April 1, 2010, at a Chattanooga hospital. A native of Lyons, NE, she has been a resident of the Chattanooga area for the past 20 years, and was a Christian woman of the Presbyterian faith.

She was the daughter of the late Robert Earl and Ethel Everett Bills and was preceded in death by her husband, Russell D. Nelson.

She is survived by her son and his wife, Randall and Carolyn Nelson, Hixson, TN; two grandsons, Kenneth Nelson, Hixson, TN and Keith Nelson and wife Jessica, Sugar Land, TX; two great-grandchildren, Abigail Rose Nelson and Zachary Keith Nelson.

FUNERAL SERVICE: Thursday, April 8, 2010, 10:30 a.m., at Pelan Funeral Services Lyons.

VISITATION: Will be held Thursday at the Funeral Home one hour prior to the service.

BURIAL: Lyons Cemetery
