MARILYN ADAIR NELSON was born October 13, 1931, at Craig, Nebraska to Floyd and Goldie Marie (Morrison) Stewart. She passed away Tuesday, April 20, 2010, at Bergan Mercy Hospital in Omaha, Nebraska, at the age of 78 years.

Marilyn and Kenneth D. Nelson were united in marriage on November 8, 1953, at the United Methodist Church in Tekamah, Nebraska. They had two daughters, Valerie and Julie and farmed near Tekamah. Marilyn was a homemaker.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Kenneth (Jan 13, 2007); sister, Jocelyn Anderson; son-in-law, David Jordan.

Survivors include her daughters and son-in-law, Valerie Jordan of Omaha, Julie and Greg Anderson of Blair; four grandchildren, Kiley Jo Knutson, Sarah (Travis) Ehlers, and Jason Knutson all of Omaha, Nathan Jordan of Murdock; five great grandchildren, Kalyn, Ammari, Jaxson, Addison and Emma; sisters, Rose Marie Hulsebusch of Omaha, Donna Eckley of Tekamah; brother, Hal Stewart of Palm Springs, California.

MEMORIAL SERVICE: Wednesday, April 28, 2010, 1:00 p.m. at the United Methodist Church in Tekamah.
