BETTY JEANE LEWIS was born January 4, 1926, in Kansas City, Missouri to Virgil and Eva (Mason) Stewart. She passed away Thursday, August 21, 2008, at her home in Tekamah, Nebraska.

Betty and James H. Lewis were married October 2, 1975 in Tekamah. She was a homemaker. Betty was a giving person. She was loving and caring and would help anyone.

She was preceded in death by her parents; stepfather: William Steel; daughter: Gayla Stillman.

Survivors include her husband: Jim of Tekamah; son: Rex Stillman of Omaha, Nebraska; sister and brother-in-law: Beverly & Chuck Bell of Las Vegas, Nevada; brother & sister-in-law: Leroy and Lora Stewart of Mesa, Arizona; nephews and nieces.
