CHARLOTTE A. DOUGLAS was born October 15, 1942, in Springfield, Missouri, to Wilbert “Bud” and Ida “Billie” (Kirkup) Douglas. She passed away Tuesday, April 8, 2008, at her home in Tekamah, Nebraska, at the age of 65 years.

Charlotte attended Tekamah High School and graduated in 1960. She then moved to Omaha, where she worked and taught Sunday school at her local Baptist Church.

She was preceded in death by her father, Wilbert “Bud” Douglas.

Survivors include her mother: Ida Douglas of Tekamah; sister and brother-in-law: Susan and David Tubbs of Kansas City, Missouri; nieces: Mary Moore of Kansas City, Kansas, Michele Triplett of Harrisonville, Missouri, Shannon Ross of Kansas City, Missouri; ten great nieces and nephews.

GRAVESIDE SERVICE: Saturday, April 12, 2008, 1:30 p.m. at the Tekamah Cemetery.

VISITATION:Thursday, April 10, 2008, 6 - 7 p.m. at Pelan Funeral Home in Tekamah.
